Prof. Dr. Wisuwat Songnuan<\/a>, a faculty member of the Department of Plant Science, Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, was invited to join a panel discussion titled \u201cThe Role of AI in Agritech\u201d at TK Park, CentralWorld, as part of the AI Beyond Earth: Artificial Intelligence and the Mission for a Sustainable Planet event, under Bangkok AI Week 2025.\n\nThe session aimed to explore the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the agricultural sector, addressing how emerging technologies can contribute to food security, environmental sustainability, and economic innovation.\nAsst. Prof. Dr. Wisuwat contributed academic perspectives on plant science and real-world applications of AI in the field.  Other distinguished speakers included:<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0em; margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 0em; line-height: 2.0em; letter-spacing: 1px; font-family: 'K2D', sans-serif; font-size: 1.0em; text-align: justify;\">\n<ul><li>Mr. Aukrit Unahalekhaka, <i>Chairman and Co-Founder of Ricult (Thailand) Co., Ltd.<\/i><\/li>\n<li>Mr. Santi Abakaz, <i>CEO &#038; Co-Founder of Tastebud Lab, Bio Buddy, and Future Food Network<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0em; margin-bottom: 1em; text-indent: 3em; line-height: 2.0em; letter-spacing: 1px; font-family: 'K2D', sans-serif; font-size: 1.0em; text-align: justify;\">\nThe panel was moderated by Dr. Jirawat Tangpanithanon, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Quantum Technology Foundation Thailand (QTFT).
